Share Your Vision
We’ll start with a simple intake form and follow up via email to get a clear picture of your goals, style and what you’d like your site to include. Everything is handled online to keep things easy and efficient. No phone calls needed unless something truly calls for it.

Provide Your Content
You’ll choose the pages you’d like on your site—up to 4 are included. Once your page list is set, I’ll need all the content you want featured on each one. This includes text, images, logos, contact info, and anything else you'd like your visitors to see. The more complete and organized your content is, the smoother the design process will be.

Review & Time To Go Live
Once your website is designed, you'll receive a preview to review everything from layout to content. We’ll then schedule a call to go over any final edits or adjustments you'd like to make. After everything is finalized and approved, your new website will go live and be ready to impress your visitors!

WHAT IS "GO LIVE IN FIVE"?
Go Live In Five is a streamlined, no-fuss website design service for small businesses and solo service providers who need a clean, modern online presence—fast. In just five business days, you’ll go from blank slate to a fully functional, mobile-friendly Squarespace site that reflects your brand and helps you get found online.
Forget weeks of back-and-forth emails, complicated design decisions, or drawn-out timelines. This is a custom, done-for-you website experience that’s simple, professional, and designed to launch quickly—without cutting corners.
WORK HOURS
I’m available Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST, and I observe all major U.S. holidays.
During your project, we’ll communicate primarily through email to keep things clear and efficient. All content submission, feedback, and project updates will be handled digitally unless a quick call becomes absolutely necessary.
I aim to respond to all project-related messages within one business day during working hours.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Go Live In Five – $1,500
Every package includes:
Custom Squarespace website design
Mobile-friendly and responsive layout (up to 4 pages – typically Home, About, Services, Contact)
A custom contact form integrated into your Contact page
SEO setup for better search engine visibility (keyword-rich page titles, meta descriptions, structured data (schema), optimized headers, image alt tags, fast-loading mobile design).
Social media account linking
Google Business setup (with Gmail access)
Squarespace analytics setup
Legal pages (Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions, using your provided content)
Domain connection to your existing domain (or setup of a new one)
Your site is built on Squarespace, which means once it’s live, you’ll be able to easily update content, swap out images, or make changes yourself—no tech expertise required. Or if you'd prefer, you can always hire me at an hourly rate for future updates.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Available as upgrades to your custom site:
Combination Mark Logo – $250
Additional Pages – $275 each
Online Shop Setup (up to 10 products) – $1,000
Squarespace Scheduling Setup (up to 5 appointment/service types) – $1,000
Note: Domain registration and Squarespace hosting (approx. $300/year) are not included and are paid directly by you. Don’t worry—I’ll guide you through setup.
THE PROCESS
Day 1: Let’s Connect & Book Your Spot
Reach out via email to inquire about availability, ask any questions, and confirm that Go Live In Five is the right fit. Once we’re ready to go, you’ll reserve your start date with a 50% deposit and complete a simple intake form.
Days 2–12: Prep & Gather Content
Most projects start about three weeks from booking to give you time to gather everything I’ll need. You’ll send your logo, photos, brand colors (if you have them), and written content for each page. I’ll guide you through exactly what to send—no guesswork.
Days 13–18: Content Review
Once your content is submitted, I’ll review everything within 5 business days and reach out with any questions or tweaks. Please stay responsive during this time so we can keep things moving. A second 25% payment is due before the build begins.
Days 19–24: Build
Your custom Squarespace site is built in 5 business days. Then you’ll review and submit any final edits or updates you'd like to see.
Day 25: Launch Day
We’ll make any last tweaks, connect your domain, and take your site live! Final 25% payment is due at this stage. Once payment is complete, the site is fully transferred to you on Squarespace—giving you full control to edit, update, or grow it over time. I’m also available post-launch for hourly updates if you’d rather not DIY.
